cubic feet per second (cfs) with a total of 800,000 acre-feet scheduled
to be released for the month. On Mondays through Fridays in December,

Today’s Fly Fishing:
I heard from a lucky individual that was on the river with a guide today, Flyfishing for a first time. Reportedly he caught a hand full of trout and was very pleased with his day on the river. Carry an array of flies in your arsenal. You will want to have zebra midges,
Today’s Walk-in Fishing:
NO new reports received today from this section.
Spin Fishing Report:
Glo bugs are sure fire way to work the main channel. It seems that the fish that are down in deeper water and at the drop offs are responding to egg patterns.
Projected River Flows:
Releases from Glen Canyon Dam in February 2007 will be lower. A total of 605,000 acre-fee (an average of 10,900 cfs) are scheduled to be released in February 2007. Releases in March 2007 are scheduled to be 600,000 acre-feet for the month (an average of 9,800 cfs).
Fishing Forecast
As it stands the fishing has been so good lately and will likely only get better, as we have had calm weather conditions. This along with very low crowds and lower river flows in February will make for even better fishing.
