Dear Ms. Gunn- I made the trip up to the fishery for the July 4th weekend and stopped in your shop for flies. Scott Sargent was a huge help with fly selection and rigging instructions. The dropper, sinker, and strike indicator float was a rig with which I was unfamiliar. On Sunday afternoon I spotted Scott rigging his rod in one of the Ferry’s parking areas and stopped to get some advice. He offed for me to come down and watch him fish and perhaps I could catch on. After watching several casts I then copied his technique began to experience success. I have attached some pictures which I took of Scott fishing which I’m sure he will appreciate. After the excellent service and instruction Scott provided I feel I owe him a little something. A gift card to a local restaurant or something-please offer a suggestion if you have time. It is so refreshing to enjoy first class customer service.
Best Regards-Gary Mosteller
